We have designed in excess of £500m of distribution / warehousing projects with associated offices, HGV parking, turning areas, car parks, weighbridges, vehicle wash facilities and gatehouses.

For the past 25 years, we have had a framework agreement with one of the leading distribution and warehousing developers in the country, Gazeley. During that time we have helped them to develop their fast track construction technique, which they now call G Track. This enables them to deliver 'build to suit' warehousing in less time than it would take to retrofit an existing building.

In addition to mainstream civil and structural engineering we have a specialist highways and traffic team who have undertaken many distribution projects. Our key drivers are to:
